Setting Goals - Selecting Outcomes

Leadership Training
Leadership training consists of a 1-day core tools workshop followed by a hands-on emWave® software training and an application and integration workshop. This multi-contact approach ensures maximum implementation and sustainability back on the job.

Licensing and Internal Trainer Training
Licensing your own organisational trainers will reduce the cost of training as you roll the program out across the organisation. This program includes train-the-trainer sessions at HeartMath's Research and Conference Center and a full complement of trainer materials.
