HeartMath Combines Science and Business Management in New 1-Day Program

Based on the joint efforts of HeartMath LLC and Hunter-Kane (Europe), HeartMath is launching a new one-day version of its IQM program. The Power to Change Performance is a powerful, informative one-day program, designed for organisations who need to respond dynamically and effectively to the pressure of accelerating speed and change in the new economy - in short, anyone. HeartMath combines science and business management to create practical tools and strategies for improving performance, reducing stress, improving communication skills, effectively managing work and personal life balance issues and increasing the satisfaction of both employees and customers.

Dramatic Results
The impact of this program on nearly 1,400 people at six global companies has been pooled and is shown below. These results are from a single day's training and have been sustained for six months.

  • a 41% reduction in intent to leave the job
  • a 24% improvement in the ability to focus
  • a 25% improvement in listening ability
  • a 45% reduction in exhaustion
  • a 60% reduction in anxiety
  • a 17% improvement in home/work conflict

According to Bruce Cryer, HeartMath's President and Chief Executive Officer, "There are a variety of powerful personal and organisational benefits: Participants will learn how to be less reactive, think clearly and make good decisions, especially under pressure. They will dramatically improve communication by "listening for the essence" of the message and quieting the "internal noise." HeartMath has earned an international reputation for helping people improve health and well-being, maintain personal balance and avoid stress and burnout in the workplace. In addition, the program features in-depth training on the emWave peak performance software, as well as helping teams develop innovative strategies for creating a strong organisational culture and esprit de corps
