Cost of shipping will be maximum $13.50 anywhere in Australia. Leave note in Comments section of
order form if you want driver to leave without signature. Otherwise, if you are not at home to recieve it then package is taken to local depot for pickup within (must be picked within 5 working days).

New Zealand Shipping via courier.
AUD$38 per order anywhere in New Zealand. We add shipping cost manually while processing your order. Signature is required. If you are not at home then driver leaves a card, then package is taken to local depot for pickup (must be picked within 5 working days).
Please note: The goods entering NZ may also be subject to NZ GST of 15%, based on the Customs value of the goods, and including the duty (if any) and postal/courier charges and charged by the courier company.
If the amount to be paid to Customs is under $60 in New Zealand dollars, then this will be waived, but if it is $60 or more, you will be charged GST plus a small import entry fee. Typically, small orders will be exempt from any of these fees.

Postage and Freight
Macquarie Institute is an Australian company and the Licensee in Australia for the Institute of HeartMath USA.
We almost always have plenty of stock at our Chatswood office/warehouse. Depending on the number of orders, we send packages either Mondays and Thursdays or Tuesdays and Fridays via Star Track Express overnight shipping.
If no one is at delivery address to sign for package, driver will take to local post office for pickup within 6 business days. Alternately, with your approval, we can leave package at delivery address without signature. If you want to use this option, type in the instructions of where to leave package in the Comments section of online order form
Shipping is $13.50 inc GST
Returns, Refunds and Credits
All customers seeking to return products for any reason should apply to us for approval to return. Please ring 02 9412 2500. Where we have sent incorrect, damaged or faulty products, we will gladly accept the return at our expense, via a nominated courier, and refund the full invoiced price including postage or send a new the product as per your request. Such requests should be notified to us as soon as possible after detection, so that the problem can be fixed.
Where the customer has ordered the incorrect material or has changed their mind, it may be returned at the customer's expense and, on receipt in a condition suitable for resale, a credit or refund will be processed for the invoiced value of the stock returned, less a $13.50 postage.
Returns due to incorrect customer ordering or change of mind must be advised within 21 days of receipt of product, and return must be posted to our PO Box address within 21 days of receipt of the return approval.
