Postage and Freight
Macquarie Institute is an Australian company and the Licensee in Australia for HeartMath USA.
Shipping within Australia is via Australia Post, Parcel Post Service.
For emWave Pro, emWave2 and Inner Balance products, we offer FREE shipping.
For our Add Heart Facilitator Program and Health Professional Packs, shipping is $13.50 anywhere in Australia. For Accessories, shipping is $10 anywhere in Australia. These shipping costs are added to the invoice total after we receive the order.
All prices include GST.
New Zealand shipping is AUD$29 per single product order. Multiple product orders are charged by weight, price TBC.
Please Note: Goods entering New Zealand may also be subject to NZ GST of 15% based on the combined value of the Customs Value of the goods, postal/courier charges and duty costs (if any). If the amount to be paid to NZ Customs is below NZ$60 then this will be waived but, if it is NZ$60 or more you will likely be charged GST plus a small import entry fee. This fee would be levied by the courier company. Typically, small orders will be exempt from the GST and any import entry fees.

Returns, Refunds and Credits
All customers seeking to return products for any reason should apply to us for approval to return. Please ring 02 9412 2500. Where we have sent incorrect, damaged or faulty products, we will gladly accept the return at our expense, via a nominated courier, and refund the full invoiced price including postage or send a new the product as per your request. Such requests should be notified to us as soon as possible after detection, so that the problem can be fixed.
Where the customer has ordered the incorrect material or has changed their mind, it may be returned at the customer's expense and, on receipt in a condition suitable for resale, a credit or refund will be processed for the invoiced value of the stock returned, less any delivery charges.
Returns due to incorrect customer ordering or change of mind must be advised within 14 days of receipt of product, and return must be posted to our PO Box address within 21 days of receipt of the return approval (provided by us).
