Macquarie Institute (Australia) Pty Ltd, located in Sydney, has been the official Licensee for HeartMath LLC in the USA since December 2001.  Founded by Peter Storey in 1996 in Australia, Macquarie Institute’s aim  is to support and facilitate in Australia and New Zealand, the HeartMath USA worldwide mission:  to facilitate a fundamental shift in health, well-being and consciousness.

As stated by the HeartMath website in the United States:  HeartMath  LLC and The Institute of HeartMath is a "triple bottom line" mission – people, planet, profit – founded by Doc Childre in 1991 out of a deep care for people and the planet, and a desire to develop effective and scalable methods and technologies to help people self-regulate emotions and behaviors. HeartMath includes the non-profit Institute of HeartMath, the for-profit HeartMath Inc. (Quantum Intech Inc.) and its operating company HeartMath LLC to create shared value, which involves creating economic value in a way that also creates value for society by addressing its needs and challenges.

In the more than 10 years of operation we have provided more than 10,000 people with the HeartMath technology and services. We have also accredited more than 100 professionals in the HeartMath coaching, resilience and 1 on 1 provider methodology.

Coaching and training as well as accreditation courses are available for Australia and New Zealand.

What is stress?

If our equilibrium is disturbed for long, the stress cab become disabling and create numerous health problems

The stress we experience in today world often go unnoticed or unmanaged. Many people has simply adapted to stress in an unhealthy way, resigned to thinking its just the way it is.
