Coaching is a dynamic relationship forged between a specialist consultant/ trainer and a client for the purpose of change and growth. A coach is a great ally in helping you get to where you want to go.

What does the coach do?

The coach's job is to assist you in identifying what you want to change and to assist in establishing clear, concrete measurable goals for making that change happen. A great coach is encouraging, listens carefully and provides valuable insight and feedback.

Who is Coaching and personal training for?

Peak Performance Coaching is for leaders, people targeted as having "high potential," front line personnel and anyone wanting to make quantum leaps in performance. There are three basic elements that create a star performer: knowledge and technical expertise, intellectual capability, and emotional intelligence. Intellectual capability (IQ) is to some extent fixed in childhood. Knowledge and technical expertise is acquired in school. Inner Quality Management and Emotional Intelligence are the recognised, and most powerful approaches for boosting performance. Create a 1 on 1 coaching relationship that helps you develop your full potential and reach the goals and live the life you desire and deserve.Bring out leadership skills within the entire workforce and promote communication practices that are concise, open, and produce results. The business practices that Peak-Performance Coaching can be applied to include:

  • Mastery in meeting management and facilitation

  • Managing (and lowering) stress in the work place, and
  • Hiring and keeping the right people

What is Emotional Intelligence (EI) and Inner Quality Management (IQM) and why are they important?

Emotional Intelligence is a set of skills that comprise personal and social competencies that account for two-thirds of success in business and in life. It is the capacity for recognizing our own feelings and those of others, for motivating ourselves and for managing emotions well in ourselves and in others. IQM is the further set of defined capacities developed by the Institute of HeartMath that assist one to manage one’s responses and perceptions to the highest level. Together EI and IQM are considered the defining edge for success in all areas of life. They can be learned at any age.

A HeartMath consultant/coach can identify your needs, create exciting professional goals and focus on developing the competencies needed to meet those goals.

HeartMath Australasia is dedicated to the personal and professional development of clients. Our aim is to assist people in developing the specific competencies they need in order to become emotionally intelligent people. We all have the ability to be more competent, more aware, better managed, more successful and happier. Everyone can think, feel and behave with increasing levels of intelligence.

It is our commitment as coaches to give honest feedback and to promote the best qualities inherent in each person. Together, we identify your core values the things that matter most to you and learn how to make these values a living reality rather than just a great concept.

Studies indicate that the competencies that make up emotional intelligence account for about two-thirds of success in business and in life, so competency building is a high priority!

Personal attention to specific goals and situations in which the executive desires improvement is provided on an (up to) 24 hour availability basis. Specific feedback, troubleshooting, and encouragement are provided to maximize learning and application of new skills.
  • Accelerated Improvement – The multi-contact process of regularly scheduled sessions integrated into the executive's calendar minimizes learning time and maximizes learning outcome.
