Key to overall health and well-being
I first learned of HeartMath and the Heart Lock-in Technique while attending a presentation on resilience by Gregg Braden. HIs presentation and demonstration on this technique made so much sense! It addressed all aspects of the human - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. I knew this technique was a game changer for me and was excited to learn more to share with clients, friends and family. Definitely Life Changing
I went through the HeartMath Resilience Coach Certification program. I was amazed at how quickly and significantly my own physiological baseline response to previous energy-draining stress triggers shifted using the HM Intelligent Energy Management techniques in conjunction with daily Inner Balance biofeedback training. I was also impressed with how quickly my two practicum coaching clients also responded to the program and were able to immediately implement at least two, HM energy management techniques and start working with the Inner Balance biofeedback technology. Clearly, one client preferred using the energy management techniques over the Inner Balance technology while the second client preferred using the Inner Balance technology over the energy management techniques but each client was able to use both the energy management techniques and the adjunct, HeartMath HRV biofeedback technology which emphasized to me individual flexibility of the program. The speed with which this program works when consistently practiced daily has been the most important and striking feature to me personally as well as to clients coached.
