Purchasing The HeartMath Solution book is a great starting point. It is a great read that provides a comprehensive understanding of the HeartMath System, its science, techniques and concepts.

If you would like to decrease the stress associated with your health concerns we suggest you start with purchasing The HeartMath Solution book. In it you will find lots of information valuable in dealing with health issues including instruction on HeartMath techniques -- Freeze-Frame®, Heart-Lock-in® and Cut-Thru®. We suggest you learn and use the Heart-Lock-in technique and try practicing it twice a day for 10-20 minutes.

I'm dealing with some emotional issues such as with anger, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, and other emotional challenges. What do you offer for someone that wants help with these types of issues?

Hundreds of health care professionals, clinics, and hospitals use the emWave® with their patients achieving wonderful results. Health professionals are using it to help reduce the psychological and physiological symptoms of stress. Significant stress reduction benefits have been achieved by people with a large variety of mental and physical disorders. We suggest this as an excellent addition to your practice.

I'm looking for a HeartMath workshop to attend. Where and when are they held?
I'd like to learn HeartMath from someone in my local area. How do I find someone?
You can receive HeartMath instruction from a licensed HeartMath 1-on-1 Provider in your area. These professionals are located throughout North America and Australia. Simply go to the following link and search by location, type, etc. If there's not a provider in your area check back often since we train new 1:1 Providers every quarter.
I'm a coach, therapist or health professional who wants to become to teach HeartMath tools and techniques to individual clients. What do I need to do?
You can apply to be accepted into our HeartMath 1:1 Provider Program. This 3-day program, held here at our training facility in Boulder Creek, California, provides a license to use HeartMath's brand and intellectual property in a one-on-one setting making it perfect for many professionals. The program includes comprehensive training for the use of specific HeartMath techniques, tools and concepts with clients. This license does not qualify the professional to use HeartMath intellectual property (tools, techniques, concepts, graphs, etc.) in any kind of seminars, workshops or group training.

I want to conduct HeartMath training programs. Is this possible?
We do not offer training licenses to individuals. We can provide licenses for qualifying businesses that are compatible with our mission, have the resources (financial, staff, expertise, etc.) to build a successful HeartMath business and are not competing in our existing markets. If you'd like to pursue a business-to-business license please fill out and submit our Qualifying Form for New Business Relationships found on Alliance Qualifier.
I'm interested in starting a HeartMath study group. How do I go about this?
If you want to start a study group we suggest you gather together a group of friends or colleagues and then choose the HeartMath book, which interests most people in the group. Read the book a chapter at a time and discuss it at regularly scheduled meetings. Once you've learned the basic HeartMath tools you can start to practice them in the group setting. For example, you may want to start each meeting by doing the Heart Lock-In® technique. You should also consider getting a emWave for everyone to practice with.
There are many HeartMath study groups around the world. We are not however allowed to give the contact information of existing study groups in order to comply with protection of privacy.
I would like to have some on-going support and communication from HeartMath. Can you provide this?
